Pelvic Health Physiotherapy is guided by the Biopsychosocial approach.

This means your session will include:

• A conversation where I learn about you and the history of your concerns

• A physical external assessment (back, pelvis, hips, etc.) and/or internal exam (vaginal and/or rectal)

• An explanation of the assessment findings

• Education on how to manage your symptoms

• A combination of treatment including manual therapy, dry needling/IMS, and/or therapeutic exercise
